Smart-home software by CamelSoft
Build a smarter system without giving up control.
IoTiq is an open and extensible smart-home software family built for local control, reliable automation, and developer-friendly integration. Connect devices, monitor system health, and create workflows around the platforms you already use.
Core principles
Local-first
Keep essential automations running locally whenever the product architecture allows it.
Extensible
Build around documented integrations, APIs, protocols, and reusable modules.
Practical
Focus on monitoring, control, reliability, and workflows — not novelty features.
Transparent
Publish system requirements, supported devices, limitations, changelogs, and product status clearly.
Initial product direction
Only products with a working prototype or a defined development commitment appear publicly. Here is where the IoTiq family is headed:
- IoTiq Home Bridge — Local smart-home and device integration
- IoTiq Monitor — Device health and sensor monitoring
- IoTiq Rules — Local automation and rule builder
- IoTiq Installer — Multi-customer, multi-site installer tooling
- IoTiq Cloud — Optional hosted remote access and backups
These names are strategic placeholders until domain, trademark, and marketplace clearance is complete. The first working prototype is in active development now.
Community, Pro, and managed options
IoTiq follows an open-core model: a free, self-hosted Community edition with basic features and community support, a Pro licence with advanced features and priority support, an Installer tier for commercial multi-site use, and an optional Cloud service for remote access and managed backups.
